Warranty

It would be highly unusual for us not to include some material guarantee in the contract. The usual practice is to build into the contract a one year warranty on plant materials along with a one year maintenance requirement. For hardscapes we go for a five year warranty on materials and workmanship.

Our Design Philosophy:   Shape the land or let the land shape the project?  When and where possible we attempt to plan the project to fit the natural land shapes.  Though not always possible we set this as a goal for every project.  NATURAL is the key word.
